Irish Letting Agreement
My mother is renting out a house back home. She rang the Solicitor to get a copy of a Letting Agreement or Lease and he asked for €80 for it! Robbery! I said not to bother because it must be one on the internet somewhere. Anyway after a lot of searching I found one so I have posted it here in case someone else needs it.
