I can't afford to live here anymore. My standard of living compared to friends of mine who have moved abroad is pretty bad. And most of them get great free health care. The nurses are up in arms and the health system doesn't seem to be doing a great job at modernising. What in heavens name will it be like in 10 years from now ?
